On tk bomber note. i use 632147--3 works well and you can do it calmly.. i noticed this way axl get the tk bomber as close to the ground as possible

On the blitz shield.. i think its because some players prefered the sf4 focus attack to counter their enemy. .. i figure they just didn't like the small window in comparison to the extra long amounts of low risk the focus attack gave players
