Gun Flame FRC

Yo, guys. Real talk: I finally got this game working, patched up, and ready to go. But I have one last persisting problem. I can't set my stick controls. No matter what I do, I can not set any buttons. I'm not a keyboard or a pad player, so I can't really make any compromises. Someone help me, please.
