I wouldn't say terrible. All he really needs are a slight wolf regen buff and just a tad more damage. He was pretty much unstoppable in Extend but they're trying their Sunday best to Makoto Team Talbain with the loketests....

Litchi was one of the best characters in CSE. Her neutral game, oki, and mixup were top class. And that's not even including her DP or 13 Orphans nonsense. Surely you jest.

I does take a bit of practice. What works for me is confirming the normal and letting the pad go neutral as it connects before 623. If you become quick enough, it's actually pretty simple.
