It's low quality depending on what time of the day you visit the site. When there is a lot of traffic Nico uses its low quality setting. Most of the time though it is normal quality. I'm not sure if it has HD yet.

Works fine for me with the Filebank download manager. Only thing is that before they changed the site, I used to be able to download files regularly, just like you would from any site. This allowed me to be able to download 5+ files at a time. With the download manager it only downloads one by one so it takes longer.

Anyone know how to download from the new version of Filebank without having to use its download manager?

Sometimes happens to me when trying to d/l from A-cho. Either pause the d/l and try again later or restart it.
