Maybe Mediarahan heals for a set total amount, split between the two players randomly? I don't have the game, so this is pure speculation, of course.
-
I think that it's hilarious that as time goes on, they're using more and more real combos. Compare the first JP trailers to Teddie's corner throw trailer, for example.

LordKnight Explains Defense and Defensive Option Selects in P4U2
MegaBlues replied to Anne's topic in P4:Arena Gameplay
Can anyone summarize the information? He's rather hard to understand, in my opinion. -
Marie's 5B might be Chest property, if sweeps go through it.
-
Is it the same VA? And it might just be Version A and Version B.
-
They're really trying to cash in on this game, aren't they? I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed that they're willing to go this far.

This looks really good! Your use of Arrow Rain is nice, but you're not capitalizing well off of the opportunities you get. I also think that regular Rise would do a lot better for you, since you never make use of Shadow Burst. You also need to practice that dance super. You can cheat on it too and just use one button linked to AB and one to CD, or one button linked to ABCD if you're comfortable mashing it to the rhythm. Also, against characters like Chie and Aigis, Tetra/Makarakarn will help a -lot-.

I don't think there's an airdash anywhere in that combo. It seems to be: AOA~C > j.5B > j.8D > j.5C > j.236B > 236B > 236236D. I wonder why he uses J.5B instead of J.2B, though.

Mediarahan? I wonder what extra effects it has to keep it from being plain Diarahan.
-
I have to agree with your SLab opinion. In P4A, I play Chie, and Asterius gives me hell.

If you click on the "NEW!!" buttons in the top-left corner, you can see that the horizontal axis is "Has Faults" on the right and "Well Rounded" on the right, and the vertical axis is alphabetical tier, with C on the bottom and SS on the top. Also, characters who don't have enough information are left on the side, apparently. Such as Adachi. This means that Minazuki is the best mix of easy/good, Yosuke is the highest tier while being somewhat easy to use, and Junpei and Liz tie for 'worst'.

Doesn't 'Burn to a Crisp!" come out instantly? Or was that nerfed?
-
Probably something like "The Killer Cougar of the Office". Definitely something involving the word cougar.

[P4AU] Rise Kujikawa Gameplay Discussion
MegaBlues replied to RurouniLoneWolf's topic in Rise Kujikawa
I've noticed that in the trailers, Rise can cancel into other normals before she throws her stand, which would have made her pressure much better during EVO if that was used. -
It might be based on her SP gauge, or a secondary button input. Or it could just be completely random.
-
Nice! She looks like a mix between rushdown and trapping, but with less persona reliance than Rise or Yukiko. That air to ground special looks neat too. Also, it seems Atlus is starting to show legitimate combos with these new videos. I like it. -- Also, whoops! I don't have my glasses on right now, so I might have missed the small details.
-
About 45 seconds in on the Junpei trailer.
-
Did anyone else see Kanji in the baseball uniform? What's up with that?
-
Do they just record any sounds they can think of, even if they don't plan on using them?
-
Why is it that the P4 Cast have sound-clips of their evolved personae? Chie has clips for Suzuka Gongen, and Yukiko has clips for Amaterasu, for example. Sorry if this is in the wrong subforum, in advance.
-
He was super-canceling them. Super-Canceling always makes a small bit of blue health.
-
Oh, whoops! I meant 5B, not 5C. But, yeah. I think it kills anyone who isn't Kanji, and considering you need 150 SP in the first place, you'd practically kill anyone with it.
-
Thanks for that video, but I really only see myself using the 8k 100 SP/Burst combo. 5C CH is so much easier to execute, so I'd take the guaranteed damage over potentially whiffing the 214 (FC) 236236A 5C and wasting 50 SP for not that much of a larger boost. And if I had 150 SP and a Burst available, somehow, there's an easy near instant-kill combo: 5C (CH) 2DD, 236236A (x3) 236B, 236B, 236D, OMB, 236D.
-
Well, that's unfortunate. How much damage does that combo do, Colpe? And what does the AA at the beginning stand for?
-
So I've been trying to use the SMP glitch Naoto has to create an infinite loop. So far, it goes: 1: 214C (FC), 236236A 2. 2AB, 236236A 3. 5A 4. 2B 5. j.A 6/7. dj.BB 8. dj.C 9. j.236D 10. OMB 11. 5B And then the rest should be an easy 236B 236B 5C loop till death. Unfortunately, after the third Skull Cracker, the combo drops. Why can't Chie use SMP like Naoto does?
