Our best tools here 236C and J236C and something Kanji needs a lot in his neutral game is J.236A/B, feel free to DP the hell out of him if he does some of these (would not recommend to DP him if he does the ground versions in block-string) I am going to add more info on the matchup as soon as I can find out more things. Thankfully my friend is a great Kanji player and that makes him a good source of info lol

I do not really know that much about the game because I do not have it yet but I have been reading all your post in all the matchups discussions and you are saying that 95% of the matchups are bad for him. Hard to believe considering that he is a mid-tier character according to most of tier lists, so I don´t think he can have those many bad matchups.

Well I have been training with Yukina and found something weird. The same combo sometimes makes 3.8K damage and sometimes 4.4k. This is the combo I talk about: 4AB>J.A>J.B>J.C>J.236AB>AB>41236BC. Why does it happen?

Is there any site where people are posting their combos and stuff? I am using Yukina but I do not know very well how to connect her stuff to make combos.

I am here to say that 236C and 2B are your best friends in this MU. 236C because it will make difficult for Akihiko to approach you and 2B because it will stop his j.C and you will get a combo from it, if you react fast enough you can use 236236C. If you are approaching to him from the air and he jumps be careful because he is going to use his JC. I will add more info later but my conclusion is that this matchup should not be difficult for Narukami.

After thinking it for a while I have decided to pick Yukiko as my sub. What would you recommend me to start? Also. who are the best Japanese Yukiko players? I need to watch videos to have a better idea of how to do good blockstrings and stuff. Note: I know some stuff from the past game but it is reaaaally basic.

You use JB and when the enemy blocks it you jump again without touching the ground but going to the other side, after that use J.AC and then JB. (I do not know if I explained it in a way that can be understood, tell me if I didn´t)

The problem here is to find a way to not be caught by him in corner. Any good ideas? Kanji has really good resets and becomes even more annoying if you are paralyzed, and of course DP and evasive action aren´t good ideas at all (if you do an evasive action he can catch you with his command grabs and if he uses his DP you will end up getting hit and paralyzed, seriously, what were they thinking when they decided to give him such DP?). Other than that this matchup should not be a huge problem. The problem I am exposing here is general, no one feels sure against Kanji in corner lol

After spending a long time in training mode looking for combos that use OMB>5D I come here to ask if some has found one. The combo I used in Arena is dead.
