    In general sin is weak at close range because of the long cool downs on his specials. His back dash and range are very strong though

    I played several matches on PS3 tonight and I had 4-6f of delay in all of them. It was barely noticable for me cause I guess I'm used to that kind of connection. The online lag feels about like p4a and is very playable with 4-6f of delay.

    I think you have identified the main problem for US players. In Japan their networks are mostly fiber connections while in the US most of the network is still copper wire unless your lucky enough to live in a major city which offers a fiber connection.
