Now that I think about it, this whole True Noel thing might even properly explain those scenes in CT with Noel in a hospital bed and Rachel looking after(?) her, since I don't think they've ever given us a real explanation for those scenes. 2D~A is an overhead, and it leads to a lot of meterless corner damage. I usually just do 2D~A>6D~C>[2]8C>5C>[4]6A>5C>5D~A>6D~A>3C>6D~C(I can't remember if this part blue-beats or not, in case just skip the 6D~C)>2D~C(oki, 5.5+ k) or 6D~C >Distortion(6.5k)

Since Kagura isn't looking nearly as bad as I expected, I'm still going to main him and Terumi. Also going to check out Naoto(and maybe Nine), he looks cool.
