Ran into this CMV on Nico and while most of the stuff in it is pretty straight forward, I thought things like the mid screen Fatal Shooting Star combo was worth the full transcribe. Also since Makoto lacks a CPEX combo thread i'm gonna post it here, my bad in advance if it isn't the best place!
