1: Stop caring about win/loss. 2: If you arent having fun, just play something else. Its a game, the point is to enjoy yourself. But if you feeling like you dont deserve your wins, you need to actually try to improve, not just play for funsies. You dont just get handed skill, so work for it... not only will your results improve, but you wont feel like your getting fluke wins anymore. You won at the start, then both you probably started playing harder opponents, and your opponents got 1 week better. If you dont improve with them, you get left behind... so get to work and actually try to improve, and you'll keep pace ^^

yea that combo is really nice, didnt quite realize the damage/meter gain on it. ill hafta get my timing for super after all that down better. guess i dont need to avoid the [bd] combos at red axe level if they basically generate their own meter. ill stick to avoiding [bd] at below red axe maybe. thanks for the food for thought.

GGs to penguin something that busted me up with yosuke and akihiko for a while and anyone else i played ^^

well the big draw to my combo was that it gets the 3rd hit of auto combo for burst/meter gen. its not that far off yours, so it can be a choice of damage vs meter gains plus no chance of dropping the final 'a' hit of autocombo. my version prorates too hard for 236236d to hit more than 3 times though, so if yours allows the full kill ill keep in mind. glad to see its nearly as good as itll get though ^^

combo theory time midscreen red axe 5b FC fc 5b - 2c - dash 5a - 2b - 214b - dash 5aaaa (4.1k here) (add last a for 5.6k) anything better that doesnt have [bd] in it, trying to avoid blue health combos.

One thing is to casuallllllly offer to help new players learn. Just throw the offer out there, and dont force the issue. Even just saying 'that was fun guys! if anyone wants some help learning stuff, just ask and i'll try.' as the end of gatherings is enough for this. But besides that... hoe to enjoy playing low level people without making them mad? Sandbag. Sandbag and use characters you arent familiar with. I would say it wouldnt be a bad idea to have 1 char in the games you play where you never look up anything, you never hit training mode, never do nothing like that. Take some eextra fun risks, burn meter attempting swag rather than efficient damage, shit like that. Its the best thing you can do if you want to have fun with a game against people you are better than. non-fgc related: In a racing game i tried to play with friends, I know i was way better, and I know i couldnt just 'play worse'. So i used cars that were 2 to 3 classes worse than their cars to keep it even. That way i could play as hard as i like to while keeping it even. Same with halo. I was better, so i purposely just used guns i didnt play well with to keep it more even. As long as you dont flaunt the fact you are sandbagging, it shouldnt be an issue. Just say your trying to learn a new char, and you're in there. God you should see when I play people in gear who never played it before. I get to have all the fun with characters i totally suck with lol. Same with persona in the netplay rooms where the people are worse. I just bust out my Yu or something. I still have fun, they dont wanna ragequit, everyone wins. If you are properly sandbagging... only you should know about it. Just think about it ^^
