Why? I`m fine with it. It leaves you in advantage on hit after dc and it will hit more often, so it has more uses than cs1`s one. If you want to combo from 5d, you can do super on midscreen or 214 in corner. Jin is pretty solid, this changes are gonna make him even more solid, why complain?
