weird question. litchis 5A is plus 3 on block. so if i IB it its minus 2 meaning i can act 2 frames before her next 5A (shes mashing it) but whenever i try to IB 6D it wont come out, no matter how much, how fast, or how slow i try it im still stuck in block stun. why is that? or am i doing something wrong again? or is it because it gattlins?
