Someone sure is salty. I called GG2 a fiasco because it was a fiasco. Nothing wrong with the game itself just that it didn't get the attention it deserved because it was handled incorrectly. And sorry I am not someone who can just buy every single game a company shoves out. Especially Fighting games because you know those twinks they do mean so much to us casual players. What are we to do with out the latest and greatest balancing OOO NOOOO. Guilty Gear XX was still one of my Favorite but I have been enjoying my Xrd ones now too. The others in the middle just didn't offer much of anything too me as a casual consumer. Kinda like How I ONLY bought the main games in BlazBlue, And NOT the Extend version. I even get **** for buying the main copies instead of just waiting for the Extend version to come out like some of my friends. I guess I just am not that kind of consumer.

I did on a few. Doesn't say much on some of those picks up there. And of course I am a story Noob. GG story has been all over the place. I went right from GGX and GGXX straight too GGXrd. I couldn't even keep track of all the ones in-between them. Than there was that whole GG2 fiasco where it wasn't even a fighter and was only on a Xbox... How about Sharon? Or the original Valentine that I was never even able to meet because I didn't have a Xbox...

I actually think I wouldn't mind seeing Sharon as a playable character. I know it will never happen But it would be cool to finally be able to play as her. After seeing her for so many years in the back ground. Otherwise I like what they are doing with the new characters. I feel like if they just keep bringing back old ones things are going to start feeling a little... "Packed" I got my Jam and I am getting my Baiken. So I am happy

Anyone know if you have the original physical Revelator. And you decide to buy the physical release of Rev 2 will they share trophies or not? If Rev 2's physical release gets all the DLC it sounds like the better deal considering the "Expansion will simply take up a ton of your HDD while simultaneously not offering you everything. I really feel bad for those who bought all the DLC. I myself only bought Dizzy and am still feeling a little screwed. I just got this game 2 months ago. if this is how the expansion is going to be than I dont see why they dont offer it for $10. I mean we all DID already 'technically" buy the game already. So why are we paying another $20? O right because Rev didnt sell well so they need to release another one asap... I too was a BlazBlue fan and I am soo glad they finally ended the series. I for one ONLY bought the original copies. And never bought the extend versions. Which always left me feeling ripped off for supporting something from day 1. I was always asked why not just wait a year to get everything at once. I guess thats just not something I am used to doing. Another question though, are Baiken and Answer going to be considered DLC chars for rev 2? And what about the usual game locked char? If they are already in the game would that mean they are planning to release an additional 2 DLC chars?

Well thats kinda worrisome. Why would anyone want to but this Expansion when they could simply buy the disc and get everything on that? So for me to get everything on this new disc I will have to but not only the expansion but also Kum aswell to have everything? And whats worse is that it might end up actully have been cheaper to buy the disc instead if I had not bought Dizzy again. Also Yes I tried the computer method to restore her. I ended up having to contact Sony about it. Where they themselves said they did not see her as a purchase I made. I even showed them that Dizzy WAS on my system. A week later she was gone from my console. Lets do the math here. So, normal game $60 + 2 DLC chars $14 + $18 DLC char colors + $3.50 Avatar heads + expansion "possibly" $20 = $115.50 total And this new game will ether be $40-60 new with everything included. Did I get that all right?

So, this got announced and I am super hyped about them adding Baiken. But, I am still confused about this whole thing... So what the heck is this going to actually be? Is this a new game or just a Update? I hear its getting a physical release and is also being released as a Paid DLC "Like a Expansion". So, If I have the original Revelator and buy this DLC thing does it unlock EVERYTHING the Rev 2 would come with like the all original DLC chars? I am hopeful yet still a little annoyed. That I JUST re-bought Dizzy... I say re-bought because I did get her while she was free. But It somehow did not register as a purchase. It was on my console but not under my purchases. So Sony deleted the char off my system. "I even have a Screen shot of her on my system" But I still had to re-buy her again. And now that this new DLC is coming out that money would have been better spent on this DLC if it indeed does come with the original DLC chars. If it doesn't but the physical copy does get them. I would again feel a little cheated by the fact the Physical copy is getting more stuff than the original... Can anyone clear things up for me?

So I wanted to buy the Chrono Phantasma Extend Lambda Avatar. The one with no mask. But its already gone! That game isnt even that old what the heck?

So its Black Friday and I want to finally buy my Guilty Gear Revolator game on disc. But NO ONE has it. Not only that but its still ridiculously expensive for some reason. What the heck happened to this game? I do know PSN has it for only $18 but I would rather have it on disc. As I hate Digital Content.

So I hear they are NOT going to be doing a Extend version of Central Friction. That in fact its going to be the last in the Arc. So I think I will pick up my copy that I pre-ordered. I would like to see how things end. Even though I dont agree with some decisions they have made with its release. I also got my Es Downloaded aswell. I made sure to take a picture of it this time so not to get in the same boat I was in with the GG Revelator free characters. Just hope they release a dub patch later down the line. No matter how slim the possibility.

I liked these games. "Guilty Gear, BlazBlue" because of the appealing characters and flashy combat. I personally like the BlazBlue Story aswell and look forward to see where it goes. However, I have to say. I am just another filthy casual. Whats worse I feel like I actually have to say Filthy. As I have to say the community for these games are EXTREMELY hostile towards casual players as if they dont even belong. This and this alone is why I cant keep any of my friends playing these games. We used to play Guilty Gear X, and XX all the time offline. But ever sense going online the community has been relentless. I do still find the occasional casual player like myself online. And we do have a blast playing with each other. I think the big difference is that when casuals are playing we arnt taking the game too serious. Which is why we can have fun. I am still going to buy Revelator. I loved playing Jam on the PS2 and am looking forward to playing her again. And I was really excited about BlazBlue CF. Was even going to buy the LE. But after hearing about the lack of Dub. I just don't know anymore. I will always be just a filthy casual in these games. I know enough to be able to play them but I will never be able to completely master it. I just don't have the level of muscle memory needed to do so.

Yikes, those are bad numbers. Hate to say this but the only way acrsys would get the hint now is if BB:CF becomes a huge flop. Unfortunately, I dont know if that will happen because lets be serious here. People that buy these games buy them regardless of what the company does. Whats worse if Acrsys gets away with this and has little to no drop in sales I doubt they would ever make a Dub version again. Because they will have proved it has no impact on sales... Just a filthy casual here but that's the way I see this situation playing out.

IDK I was really excited about finally getting back to BlazBlue with CF. And was even happier with the announcement about the LE. But, after hearing about the decision to go with no Dub and how there are already paid DLC chars starting to come out. The wind in my sails have all but gone. I really don't know what I am going to do now. Maybe Aksys games just doesn't want day one sales... I mean why buy a day one copy of a fighting game when it just goes down to $20 in a matter of months than gets a re-release one year later with all the DLC plus all new bonus stuff? So IDK.

So I remember Download both Dizzy, Kum and that skin for GGxrd Revelator while they were still free. I haven't bought the game yet but I still wanted to make sure I got the chars while they were free. My PS+ expired on me and I just topped it back up. While I did that I decided to look though to see if any new free stuff had come out for + sense than. But, I noticed on my computer several thing I know I downloaded were not sure and I purchased them. I am even missing a whole game that it says I do not own yet I still have its trophies. I jumped on my PS4 too check library. But, again some stuff was missing still. But others that didn't show online were there. I even checked purchase history and Dizzy doesnt even show that I got her yet she is on my system but Kum is not. Anyone else experience anything like this? What do I do? I plan to contact Sony tomorrow about it but they are closed right now. Just thought it was a weird thing and I wanted to see if anyone on here has experienced anything like this before.

I just saw. I am glad this is getting one. Now I can order without having to wait, Like Revelator. The mini figures seem to be like a nice throw in and I always enjoy my Soundtracks. Hope the Art book is nice. Still trying to wrap my head around some of the new chars. Really love the inclusion of Izanami, Es, Nine, and this most recent one Mai. "Anyone know if this is going to be a Paid DLC char?" : ( But, I'm not crazy about this Naoto guy and Hibiki. They just seem so bland... I wonder if this will finally finish the Saga for BlazBlue. I never played the CP Extend so I dont know what they did in it for story but it seems like it was getting to the conclusion in CP. Lastly, Were you guys ordering your copy from?

Thanks, Really hoping they do a LE or something for day one adopters. I am not one to think offering "Exclusive" DLC is a fair trade for fans who do day one purchases or pre-orders. Nor do I think pre-ordering is all that great to begin with but it is nice when companies do offer these LE and CE for fans who do opt for a day one purchase. I do feel like it does offer us a little something extra for backing the game. If anyone hears anything please let me know. And thanks in advance. P.S. Waiting to buy Relevator is killing me....

Hello, new to the forum. Not sure if there is a introductory thread or not. Anyways, like the question asks. Will there be a CE for the US release of BBCF? I really felt like they botched the GG Revelator release. I thought it was getting a June 7th release but was than told it was JUST for the digital release. Than June 7th came and went and hear I come to find out it DID release on the 7th. Even though it had a different release date at my local store, But my main complaint is that there wasn't a day one edition, limited edition or a collectors edition available for the US, Now, I am in no way a pro at these games. I am just an advantage player at them and cant expect anything more. So I just don't feel compelled to need to buy these on day one unless there is something I want offered with it. I mean it would be nice to get some sort of incentive for buying a game on day one. Other than the usual "DLC" hogwash. So anyone know if any plans to release BBCF with a CE? Its killing me not being able to play Revelator right now. But I simply cant justify the cost right now. "When I know the exact same day one game will cost $25 in 3 months..." Again, glad to be apart of the community. I may not be very good at these games but I love them none the less.
