(most people have known me as orka; I have been inactive for so long so I believe my DL account has been deactivated) I am happy to announce that I will be running Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax at Frosty Faustings IX, taking place January 27-28, 2017!!! This will be the only event since CEOtaku 2016 where the game featured as a main tournament game, complete with a prime time slot (Saturday, 12 PM). As the tourney coordinator, my first major announcement is to pledge $50 IN MINIMUM POT BONUS if we reach 20 entrants and $100 IN MINIMUM POT BONUS (yes, you heard that right) if we reach 30 entrants. If we can top out the existing registration max for 32 players by December 1, we will double the registration cap to 64 for greater exposure. The current entrance is lower than planned and we need the community to follow through with their commitment that carried this game into the main roster.
