Heart feels a bit awkward. I would not say inferior, but I don't think she is as "customizable" as the others as far as combos are concerned. I think she was meant as someone to get used to when you first play the game.
I myself play Fiona, whose ass is more useful than her sword. That and almost everybody assumes she is too slow and always attempts to rush her.
The only other person I have seen pick up someone in detail is my boyfriend, and he plays Saki. But I think that is because he likes her blue hair rather than how she fights.
