What time do people start showing up at foonzo? I wanna know if I should head there or home first after work (finish at 5, few blocks from foonzo).

Is there a ranbat for p4 tonight? If so what time?

GG is one of the more technical fighters out there, you can't really just sit in front of it push buttons and have a good time. Kinda hard to get into such a demanding game that's past its prime. It's a great game though.

Blitzkampf technically isn't doujin anymore, being that it's on its 2nd arcade version now. 3 buttons is non-issue and very standard for doujin games. And I can't really see how a game can be faulted for having a shoto. I don't remember seeing a tank, a nun with guns or mycale in SF.

Except it's not the same system really if they add in things like double jumps and airdashes. One of the main selling point for it was how much it played like old school fighters like ST, but it's just turning into an average anime fighting game now. Not that I have anything against anime games I love them, but it's not really what I was looking for in blitzkampf. They needed to do something to up its popularity but I just don't think this was the best choice.

I'll bring PS2 stix as usual. I'd bring a PS3 console also but HRAP + PS3 in backpack is like those MK9 x-ray moves on me, real back killer. Besides everyone seems to be wanting to bring their PS3 anyway so I think that's covered. Brice breaks his and then like 5 PS3s show up, what a wizard. I'll try to be there somewhere around 2-4pm.

I don't think anyone thinks there's anything wrong with being religious. As for my post it was mostly for the sake of humor. I see religion more as a set of moralities and guidelines, I don't doubt for an instant that people can find comfort and even salvation from it. I don't see God as an actual entity but a manifestation of said principles. Not quite something tangible, more like giving a form or name to these beliefs. I'm personally quite satisfied with my own moralities, I don't feel a need to seek guidance from religions.
