I'll be away next weekend at Algonquin Park so I won't be able to play anything then. I changed the button layout to the BB layout because having B where D is normally was pissing me off. I had no idea that the U was the Japanese version. I've just been calling it what I saw most people on DL call it.

I agree with hime on this. There's oki in the game but it doesn't feel anything like GG. I still don't know how I feel about it. It just seems so strange to me. I'll need to play people offline to get a better feel for it because I've encountered quite a bit of lag online that's devolved the game into blocking the 5A autocombo then punishing that with your own 5A autocombo.

This progression is fucking genius and so true! - You first start off feeling really happy because the game is a lot of fun. - Then you get into training mode and realize you can do badass 100% combos. - After that figure out a few cheap setups to land your combos and you feel like you're the best at this game. - From there you fight a real person and start to see that your awesome setups don't actually work. - You then get hit by super scrubby shit and are confused why it's working. - Scrubby tactics continue to work and you begin to feel your blood boil. - Scrubby tactics continue to work and you're salty now. - Scrubby tactics continue to work and you're real fucking salty now. - FUCK THIS GAME!!!!! - Immediately after all that you feel like you want to kill yourself since mashing >>> your ability. - Upon further reflection you realize that you had a really fucking good time and want to play some more.

@Mort: I just booked for two people just to get a couple cards. According to Leo, the hotel staff won't really care about numbers since they know everyone will be breaking the rules anyway. Just make sure to actually book a room in the hotel that Summer Jam's being held in. As for cars, that's the next thing we need to figure out. In my car it's going to be Vince, John and Andy (Buddy of Vince and me who's coming from Saskatchewan). So there's still space for one more person in my car.
