What are your thoughts on button mashing? To give an example, when executing Ram's PPP, instead of just pressing P exactly 3 times at the right moments, what I do is that I just mash P until the third P in the sequence comes out. So I end up pressing P about 4-6 times instead of 3 times. Likewise, when recovering, I just mash the buttons instead of pressing it one time. Is this bad habit?

I found out how to do it with GIMP. You gotta import the palette file. Open the Palettes dialog Windows > Dockable Dialogs > Palettes Then on the palettes dialog open the context menu and select "Import Palette". Check "Palette file" as source then select your palette file, then just click import. Now if you haven't already, open the sprite image file you want. Then Colors > Map > Set Colormap Then just choose the palette that you just imported.

I'm having trouble loading the palette files with GIMP. Would someone please put a guide on this?
