Rin, Gil, Lancer are S tier. The rest basically falls under "broken, but not enough to be S tier" except for Assassin, who sucks.

It's not that you forced them, it's that they do it on purpose. Getting hit with a burst means getting sent to the other end of the screen again. That's why you often see JP V-13s just burst as soon as they get hit, because even if they've bursted and are on 10% hp while you've got 70% and a burst but you're on the other side of the screen, you're at a disadvantage.

there's nothing to discuss, that's all there is to it. all the matchup theorycrafting and shit will come later when people have the console version. at this stage, all we can do is transcribe combos and Ragna already has all of his ridiculous combos. about all that's left is for Veteru to come up with more retarded Blood Kain setups.
