Is anyone actually going to NCR? Considering how dead this thread is, and the lack of any kind of NCR thread in the events section, I'm assuming there's not going to be much local presence?

Hey guys, I have a crazy idea: How about we use this thread to discuss general strategy, match-up info, and gameplay tech in regards to Potemkin, instead of bitching and moaning? Buttblasted that you keep getting bodied? Pick a different character or git gud. Upset that online is unplayable? Don't play online. There's no need to come in here and drown the thread out with your tears. Back on topic, do we have a definitive list of who Heat Knuckle > Heat Knuckle works against in the corner/what situations it works on them if everyone? I'm playing around with some corner combos, and if this info is already known, I'd like to save myself some time.

Has anyone gone about putting together a list of moves Potemkin can flick, like we had for AC? Of course there's the obvious ones, but I do recall a few far less obvious moves being flickable in previous games (Mist finer, second part of Tyrant Rave, etc).

I did indeed mean character specific match up strategies. I figured I'd inquire in here first, as the Lei Lei thread hasn't had a post in about six or seven months.

So, I've tried asking this elsewhere but the folks I was asking proved useless: Is there anywhere online that has match up information/analyses? It's absolutely absurd that a 17 year old game has so little information in this regard, based on my searching.

Yeah, a full second of lag even on a supposedly green/5 bar connection is hilarious.

I was mostly curious as, looking around, it seems she was banned/soft banned from a lot of tournaments, and most match-up analyses say she's nigh-unstoppable against anyone but herself and Tamaki. On a side note, does anyone ever play this game on PSN, or is the netcode too poverty?

Yeah, I played a session of it today using Ma-Ryan and suddenly everything felt safe. So, what's the deal with Chizuru? Is she petshop-tier or actually manageable in some cases?
