Shush, I just decided to learn Milla today (download AC+ for my PSP. :x) and I figured I should learn someone alongside Bridget since Bridget kind of sucks. : (

I can do cS(2)~2H > j.K~j.D > ADC > j.K~j.D > ADC > j.D~214S > 2H > j.K~j.D in a corner, but I can't do it mid screen. I get through cS(2) > j.K~j.D > ADC but then I can never seem to reach with the next j.K. I was wondering if it's just not a midscreen combo or if I need to get my ADC/j.K input going faster.

Doom, I've been super busy lately but if you get some time during this week, I should be free to play some.

Nah, I understand not having time to teach people how to play. I already know the basics and I've seen enough videos to know what to expect. I also know the basics of fighters and have been taught the specifics of GG (on top of reading everything in the guide here) so you wouldn't need to teach those anyway which only leaves character specific stuff. I feel those would be better learned from someone that plays my character anyway, hence why I watch match vids and read the character specific forums. So all that's left is getting an actual feel for the game and my character. What better way than to get pummeled on by someone much better than me? That's always been my mindset anyway. Really though, you just sound like a dick so I dunno if I even want to go over to play with you?

Yeah, I think I remember you from that tournament in New Orleans that had a bunch of fighters (essence weekend tourney or something), so not specifically GG. :p I didn't get a chance to play any GG before I left Baton Rouge sadly, or I imagine I would have gotten into it big. x.x

I'm basically super duper gay for Bridget so I play him. I also want to learn Dizzy but that'll come after I learn the basics of the game and figure out Bridget a good bit. As for other games, I play Smash (Melee and Brawl) competitively, and I dabble in the Naruto/Soul Cal series fairly frequently. This is basically my first real 2D fighter though. (I've played basically everything else but never more than like..5 matches total for each game.)

Yeah. I'm a Freshman in College right now. If it makes you feel any better, I have a habit of showing up places when everyone that plays the games I want to play leave. lol

Ah, cool stuff. I've heard the name Stone from NOLA before. Does he play any other fighters? O.o Also, I'll probably be dropping by the GG 3v3 tourney just to look around some. I'm mainly going for Brawl and wanted to enter GG but I don't want to drag anyone's team down since I literally just got into it last weekend and don't own the game/a stick (yet) so I can't even practice BnB combos. x.x Hopefully I see you guys there and we can hang out a bit. I'd honestly be willing to travel to Shreveport in the middle of the week(only like an hour one way, but still a good distance for a game) to play this game I like it so much.. :x

New GG player in Louisiana. Uhm. I basically suck, but I definitely want to learn and get better, so I was wondering if there's any GG communities in the Ruston/Shreveport/Monroe area or if there were any tournaments coming soon. Also, I happen to be going to Anime Matsuri (mainly for the Smash tournaments) and noticed there's a GG 3v3 tournament there and was wondering if there were any players from LA planning to go to that. : )
