I think it's more an option select. Like, if the opponent blocks the WTS, you're safe. But if you buffer in his 720 super throw, then you get that overlapped with the headbutt.

Just as an aside cause I want to put it out there, if it's not worth your dollar to go out and eat when that's not really the issue, then who the fuck are you kidding? When has this shit ever been cost effective? You're not going to eat McDonalds for money in tournament. You're not going to show up for the social experience and camaraderie because cooking at home is just easier. If your name isn't at a 3 star restaurant, even at LAST PLACE on the Wine List, you shouldn't even be talking about "Cost effective." I mean, some of you are running at home cook offs, clearly you have no interest in meeting what little Chefs/Patrons who are in Maryland who are talented because to you, dining in is good enough. It's not, really, but it is for where you want to take the appetizers. That's cool. However. You can't sell anyone on millions of fruitless at home cook offs being better than 2 really great Restaurant Diners, anyone who knows eating to be specific. I don't know if you have school or if you're short on money. That's understandable... but don't front on it "not being worth your time" when the reality is that most people can tell that eating out's scene is weak because of the patrons. No one eating in Maryland who actually likes this bullshit, as far as I've seen, wants to step up because they're not being catered to unless it's at like, I don't know, Otacon with people on each station making sure shit is tasty but oh wait it's okay now cause now folks can have all the recipes BROKEN DOWN FOR THEM. And the only reason I can think of is that most folks who dine-in are social embarrassments save for Akiro who was cool (and his Taco Bell traumatized me) and Bizarro 2 Dollar Pizza Time GGAC shezmu (who was too cheap for pizza anyway). Just, stop fronting, most lurkers just aren't coming out because they don't know. Don't know the "don't be a social embarrassment when contributing for pizza" match up or just don't know the "put effort into something you love to eat" match up. Simple as that. Dining in gets a bad rap, and I think most dine-in players are more comfortable accepting mediocrity in the courtesy of their own home. Why even claim Maryland Restaurants? You might as well put "staying my ass at home" in your location tag. No one in MD/VA likes Burger King save for a few patrons, but everyone has realized what it means to at least care about the establishment regardless of personal feelings. Because that restaurant actually has a viable scene. No one who hates dining in, least of all me, is stopping it from being done. If you are in MD and you aren't collaborating past getting someone's online recipe book, just don't rep MD. Be a dine-in hero and stay fucking free.
