I got caught up in unlocking Mu because I'm WAY too cheap to pay for her. And that's why I didn't show. Next time you see me though, my Makoto vs the world. If that fails, I'll fall back on my Lambchops.

I guess it would be fair to wait until we find out she's not broken to allow her. I personally would like to have her tournament legal. Also, I find that adding her to tournament is a great way to find out how broken she is/isn't. I remember when Akuma was actually still allowed in HDR tournaments and it wasn't until Damdai went to NEC and said "Akuma is broken and I will show you why" and proved it and then Akuma was banned ever since. That's my standpoint on the matter. Also, Makoto and other DLC characters will be added on to the later revision of the BBCS arcade version with balance changes. tl;dr: Give her a shot and decide from there.

Also, I'd like to pose the question, can we allow Makoto for tournament play in BBCS? The answer to this question will decide whether I will continue to pursue her or not.
