I never heard anything about romantic relations between Jin & Tsubaki either. There was them being related, but no intimate relationship. Makoto simply stated that she was jealous of Tsubaki for Jin always treating her kindly. Tsubaki replies that it is because she is grew up with and is related to Jin. If Haku-Men's technique "Tsubaki" has anything to do with the person, Tsubaki, I would gander it a tribute to her out of friendly or family relations, not intimate love. Though, I'm not sure if 'tsubaki' is a type of martial arts discipline like Sorael says. I have heard of 'lotus' styles before in martial arts disciplines.

Yes, that's correct. All throughout Haku-Men's CT Story Mode, he only vaguely recalls anything he has accomplished while he was still Jin. Haku-Men does not remember scarring Bang during the Ikaruga War. He doesn't even seem to remember that he was Jin, he simply recalls being human at one time. Although, in his first Story Mode path, he faces his inner perception of his past self, I do not believe he calls Jin directly by name (only as his "past self"). The only thing Haku-Men seems to clearly remember from his time being Jin is Ragna, whom he clearly and directly names (and addresses as "big/older brother") during his encounter with his inner perception of Ragna in his first Story Mode path.
