Basically Makoto is the best character. But she doesn't seem like loloolololololol. Just really solid and good damage. Noel gets good damage but she isn't super tops. Everybody else is pretty good. The game actually seems actually pretty decently balanced. Rachel is annoying. Tager is sad but has lol guard crush strings.
