You comp can turn on without a HDD it just won't boot into anything.

Sounds like your comp is overheating if you can't even make it to the BIOS if you describe it that way. Something wrong with your heatsink on your CPU maybe. The reason why I am saying that is because you say it doesn't turn on OR it doesn't even get to the BIOS. Also, Brian is right, we need more information to actually troubleshoot your case since we aren't physically there to examine that "piece of shit" haha. I built my own PC for $1500 and perfectly running fine. I built it last summer.

After watching some 2 year old videos of my Ragna against Mikey and Vince I can safely say that my Ragna is scrub tier BB:CT. Dear god someone should of told me how bad I was playing! I was just having fun playing Ragna.
