I recently got back into GGXX#R on the 360 and have pre-ordered BB. I also recently purchased a SF4 FightPad and am not very impressed with it. Its a lot better than the 360 dpad and quicker than the 360 analog, but still not that great. Diagonal problems here as well.
So I was thinking that I might do well with a stick. I have never used a stick before and have no friends that do really so I have zero experience. Being on the 360, my options are also a little more limited. I was leaning towards the HRAP EX that will ship soon. Can anyone recommend any threads for "what you need to know" for using a stick? Or does anyone own this stick that has comments? Is this stick up to par with the well-loved HRAP3? Are the stick and buttons easily swappable or are they soldered to the case like the smaller Hori? Is this stick possible to use in the lap, or is it table-only? Thanks for the info, and if this is somewhere else that I may have missed, please point me there.
