SOME GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS: -If you are bringing equipment, please try and show up as early as possible. We'd like to be set up as early as possible. I personally will be at the venue early in the morning. -We will still accepting the following at the door for the $5 rebate. These will be on a first come first serve basis until we meet the capacity we need: Lagless HDTVs/Monitors (Low need) PS3s with Blazblue: Continuum Shift and Makoto & Mu-12 Unlocked/Purchased (Low need) CRTs (High need) Wii with Smash and all the unlocks (High need) Dreamcast with MVC2 and characters (Medium need) Also feel free to bring along any of the other items. As a update/detailed reminder: Pre-Registration ends Wednesday. To clarify, you will not be able to pre-register on Wednesday. However we are changing the equipment policy slightly. On Wednesday night I will release a list of equipment we still need for the event and will be giving the equipment refund on a first come first serve basis.

Pre-Registration will end August, 4. Get in there and get your discounts now. If you plan to come out and bring a set-up let us know and pre-register sooner then later so if there is a area we are lacking we can make arrangements. Thanks and can't wait to see everyone out there.
