I personally just have always hated fighting Chipp and Slayer more than Sol in any iteration(especially AC Slayer and +R Chipp), but yeah the fact that Sol is one of the most popular characters is going to be a pain in the ass. =/

I figured her toughest matchup in this game would be between Sol, Chipp, or Slayer. Though I'd rather it be Sol than the latter two this time around.

Watching the Daiji videos. She builds meter during Chroming Rose and it seems it is mostly burst safe throughout the whole thing? Man this super looks absolutely bonkers.

Yeah, it's the giant shark bite. Despite the lack of horizontal range it still looks good and leads to big damage.

Maybe he could have gotten a better followup with a better starter than Mawaru? Edit: New shark super uses all of the Eddie gauge and it continues to attack even while Zato is blocking. It ends if Zato is hit though.

Loss of air dash cancels doesn't really worry me that much. She didn't have them before AC and she did just fine without them in XX and #R. Neither does the slower H Tandem Top since we are able to YRC which kinda reminds me of her #R disc FRC. The pin nerfs are definitely what worries me the most since people probably won't respect her as much in neutral as before. Her corner carry still seems like it will be good from what I have seen.

2 hit Tandem Top definitely makes it easier to confirm your mixups into a followup combo.

I also noticed you have a lot of time to confirm off of a RC'd hair car even midscreen since it causes a reeeeallly long floating state. Also Winger and Emerald Rain cause wallbounce, even midscreen.

You mean the pre-Slash j.H and +R j.2H? I saw it in leaked videos from earlier loketests, but idk about this loketest. I reeeallly hope that they don't remove it for the final build.

Assuming the pin works like the other games it should still have a lot of untechable time to cause a knockdown on an air opponent. Pin ender might give you more time to set up disc oki since it is apparently slower as well as Secret Garden oki.

Some 4th loketest changes from the Xrd News Thread: -Chroming Rose startup is slower -New 6HS move is 2 hits, 2nd hit is an overhead -2HS and j.D untech time decreased -HS disc has longer startup and possibly fewer active frames -j.HS has large knockback on hit -Last boss in arcade mode is Zato-1.

Were there ever any reports of her being able to YRC her Tandem Top? I'm hoping she'll be able to since we no longer have FB disc.

Man, I am going to miss ADC normals. I really wish they kept ADC normals and K pin from +R. There's so much fun stuff you can do with them, haha.

GGs to everyone I played in the lobby, especially Skeletal Minion. Don't think I've lost a set that badly to your Hakumen before, even at local gatherings. At least now I have somewhat of an idea of what to do against him. ;_;

Wonder how they're going to explain that Zato-1 is still alive. Either way little Eddie isn't so little anymore. -
A voiced guide sounds good. Things I'd like to see are: -What use each of her normals have in neutral, offense, and defense. -How her drive functions and what applications it has in neutral, offense, and defense. -Basic setups, mixups, and okizeme. -Combos that are good for people getting started with her.

Well, I didn't mean completely different, but there are some pretty significant changes to the character in +R from what I've gathered. Excellent guide though. This will be really helpful for one of my local friends who is trying to get into the game by learning A.B.A.
