  1. Nolan, you're STILL salty bro? ... Damn...
  2. Kind of a oxymoron how mori says his fav character is hakumen...
  3. LMAO We're turning into the new rachel forum when cs came out, kinda sad, let's wait till someone like suzaku can give us more info, or someone fluent in Japanese (Ryoko).
  4. THIS http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm12376167 THIS TOO http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm12376153 AND ALSO THIS
  5. As long as hakumen is playable and can deal combos that while otherwise are impractical can take off more than half your life bar they will complain. That and his sword length, he'd have to have a sword as short as ragna's AT MINIMUM. As far as zanshin combos go, it's not OUR fault they have predictable block strings, learn to adapt>_>
  6. It would be an amazing buff, it means I could input a faster tk motion like for tsubaki. Hopefully that changes, but wow, spark what do you think about the zanshin nerfs? DO they make sense to you or are you with all of us thinking that the nerfs for it are stupid?
  7. Hopefully it's temporary, it's a location TEST afterall. I mean he's not that great unlike the rest of the a/b tier characters, you actually have to work for your win. Hence why only 2% of sbo players were using him. >_> I'll hate mori if he's nerfed back to his ct days for NO reason though.
  8. *AHEM* Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing "Fantastic psionic abilities and superhuman calculating ability. Can form force field barriers effective against energy attacks, mentally produce heat and mental blasts of pure psionic energy, probe the minds of others, and recall any fact he has ever known. He can also convert himself into raw data and travel in the form of e-mail. Superhumanly-augmented intellect and supreme strategist Various high-tech weapons outfitted into his hover-chair." I personally don't like the choice of putting him he's not cool, will add more info later.
  9. The one thing I like about this valk is his ability to adapt so fast, when she first did this valk was ch off a 5c, the second time he reinitiated wolf form upon landing (iirc), point is he can change his fighting style quickly to what his opponent is doing.
  10. Could we say their match up is most likely even, or still too early?
  11. After much anticipation, that shadow valk is back: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm12365147 He starts in teh second match, he plays against lambda, it seems to me once valk can be learned to be played effectively lambda's zoning isn't THAT threatening.
  12. The 4 frame nerf start up for j2c has me salty, I won't lie, MAD salty it's the only thing I dislike about cs hakumen. Anyways, j2c is only good for when you're going for an iad when you know/see them firing a projectile that could easily be cut. Stupid j2c...>_>
  13. I said 4c with regards to ground once you're outside of the steins shooting proximity, refer to the sendatu vids against mu to see what I'm talking about. j2a I find, is the best for cutting projectiles in the air since it has a long vertical hitbox that covers hakumen, jc is only good for keep away, since it doesn't really cover hakumen from above or below from projectiles. But, once again, that's just my opinion.
  14. GG's, the new guy already joined the group.

  15. 5c is a good punish, be aware of their heat gauge when playing them cus as psycho put it, they may throw you off by going for the second hit. But 5c is a good punish.
  16. You've just been sigged sir, check the mu-12 match-up thread, I posted some vids from online jap players. Try to keep yourself from being surrounded by steins, and occasionally bring out a 4c especially when she's doing the reflecting attack. Keeping yourself from being by the steins so as to limit mu's safe mix up game, 4c is also the safest attack against her dp. 5d has no real follow up except on rachel due to her fat otg hit box. Check out the hakumen combo thread, the first page has a full list of them in all situations.
  17. Wait till he's out on xbl for a few days, still too much hype on wolf man. The thread would get congested with useless information, and the hakumen forums is, from what i can see the best maintain, maybe because a majority of us are over the age of 20 or so. It would be best if we maintained that.
  18. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akkHjv-30Tk Madteaparty put out a few matches of him online. Didn't he used to main Hazama?
  19. Vid was recorded due to his dash method: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm12318072 I don't have valk yet, thoughts?
  20. In the air sparingly use jc since jin's has a 1 frame advantage over yours, but yours has a longer reach and does more damage. Jin if he is aiming to land his jc he's going to be jumping forward at you, it's up to you to create a distance between you and him in the air to limit his options. On the ground you have to learn to pick and choose which projectiles to cut, jins 236c has an extremely slow start up but moves extremely fast after wards. 236c from what I have seen is usually used with rush down since to the untrained projectile cutter will either cause you to block giving jin the chance for a mix up game or a counter hit on you since you allowing him to combo you. That's all the advice I can give, jin isn't as much of a threat as he was in ct due to hakumens buffs and jins nerfs. I'll let spark/ryoko handle the rest since I'm not a pro.
  21. Not sure if this was posted if it is then I'll delete this post: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm12293774
  22. Yea it's about how to go about bringing them to the community, that's how I was able to bring that other guy last week. Anyone who plays blazblue at least casually would enjoy tournaments. Tournaments are the focal point of casual meet ups like what we primarily do. Like I always say you gotta know how to get people to play seriously. It can be done though, just gotta know how bro.
