HE'S GONNA BE FLEXING ON NIGGAS-LITERALLY!!! His new design really threw me off, but he sorely needed it. He no longer needs to hold himself back in combat and he's no longer a slave of Zepp. I wonder if he's partially cyborg now or if he's just wearing mechanical glove/gauntlet. EDIT: Was not hoping for May. I would like to see how Ky is going to play in addition to how it'll work with his more difficult matchups; Potemkin and Venom. Glad they were confirmed for the loketest. Chipp has a shit load of new moves now, AND a kunai. Really looking forward to seeing him and how Zansei Rouga will look like in 3d. -

I had to travel to Ottawa for the weekend for some family stuff. But I'll to make it to Foonzo but I doubt before 5. Hopefully see you guys soon. P.S Sorry for not coming to Foonzo for a while been dealing with family and personal stuff for a bit, but things are shaping up better now. ^_^ -

I'm really curious about these "new moves" that are written under CSE in Ky's command list. Kinda sad Daisuke removed the Lightning Javelin follow-up after Vapor Thrust, Lightning Sphere, and Lightning Bolt though (from what I can see at least). -

I would also like to know if there has been any substantial improvements to Dragon Install, like if Sol still loses ALL of his tension when it ends AND is in increased possibility for being dizzy. Does he still need to simply get knocked down to get taken out of dragon install? What does he look like in Dragon Install now? Dragon Install is a pretty ass super, and if they're going to improve visually what it looks like, they should also improve it's utility beyond #YOLO at the end of a round or to die in style. In my opinion at least. -

1. Patience, learn to be patient in pretty much every matchup, only exceptions are unorthodox matchups like Valkenhayn, Arakune and learning when it is necessary to go in like with Rachel, Tsubaki, and Hazama (as examples). He has limited ways of approaching his opponent, so you'll quickly become obvious in your approach against a good opponent and swiftly punished. 2. Learn to block, blocking is VERY important to Hakumen's gameplay style even in CP. 3. Spacing is also very important, Hakumen is a character with a unique meter which he is highly dependant on. Meaning that you want everything, every move and decision you take to count and be significant in the way each round goes. Without magatama you're like a battery without power, meaning you're almost at the whim of your opponent approaching you. ^Knowing the distance of your moves how effective they are at beating your opponent's tools and when to use them depending your on your positioning is very important. 4. Zanshin IS NOT your go-to tool to punish things. Hakumen has an excellent plethora of normals and specials at his disposal, which have all been buffed since CS2 right down to CP, which he can use to punish his opponent. Many new Hakumen players believe that on defense Hakumen's only tool on defense is Zanshin. Zanshin is a drive which allows you to punish predictable (PREDICTABOU) things that are otherwise difficult to punish like Rachel sitting in front of you while setting George on you as a wakeup lockdown tool, or Ragna's who are Death Spike and gauntlet hades friendly. Misusing Zanshin, just leads to it becoming a punishing tool for your opponent, the ideal time to use Zanshin is when you're reacting to something, not predicting something. This is how players lose with him. React to things you see your opponent doing constantly with Zanshin. Otherwise you can just barrier block to push them out then punish badly spaced moves among other options. Work on being REactive rather than PRoactive in terms of actions and decision you make in a match, Hakumen capitalizes on those who make proactive decisions in matches. EDIT: I'm sure there's other lists of know-hows for this character that new guys don't know about but I'll leave it here. -

Does Ky's new 5d work like testament's since he's creating a that's not part of his hurtbox? The bloody hands from testament's 5d don't extend his hurtbox and are only a hitbox, not even projectiles collide with them. I'm wondering if Ky's new lightning cross 5d will work the same way -

Are we sure that bursts are disabled after 5d's have landed. The reason I ask this is because there seems to be a an unknown "fire icon" which is the one that has an "x" over it during dust, not the word "burst". In every GG once you can't burst, like during a command grab/super or wtv, the word "burst" has an "x" on it. I think they'll be implementing a new system in the game, which will be disabled if you are caught in a dust. -

I don't think that awkward angle appears when pressing 5d, unless it hits. But it would make it awkward on start up to set up impossible dusts. -

Awesome day today, sitting in the same place all day just playing GG. GGs to Rhannmah, Pedro, and Derq. That sarcophagus lock down is getting stronger and stronger every day :o P.S we need a new day for Gundam.
