I use a midscreen one Grimstar and I fashioned. Has three variations, all super easy except for the third one, and they can be done anywhere for your DP punish pleasure. I sent you a friend invite months ago. I resent it last night. It did take all day and I already feel bad for it. The problem was 1) people were playing constant casuals, so I would look up, see a station in use and not call anything for it because 2) I had to hunt down almost every match result. Nobody wanted to report and just walked off which lead to 3) people waiting on keystone matches, often in multiple games, and not being available. Then when they came back, they had to gauntlet everything. Multiple individuals did this. Not shirking blame, because it is my responsibility to keep things going, but those are the reasons why. I apologize that you had to cancel plans.

If Yu is pressing DP as soon as possible, it will whiff since you'll still be on the other side when he's pressing the buttons. You'll travel over him. Same thing if he waits and you Moonsault back over. Yu can't DP you reliably.

You can also 9j.B as Chie.

It's a small portion, but yes it seems to. @Ninjay, no it's not quite -that- useful. DP's like The Big Square will still eat him up.

Get hit and die, basically. Akihiko does so much damage on counter hit, we can pretty much settle down and expect to be in Awakening when he's done. He has so many traps he can put you in once he's on you, you have to pay so much attention to him. You must be aware of your Akihiko and figuring out his plan. However he can't control space worth anything except for Caesar (get counter hit by this and die) and his gravity pull just makes you and your glides faster. All he has for anti-air options that I can see is 2B and DP, both aren't amazing, easily baited, and delicious on counter hit. You can pretty much run around, fly around, and do anything you want except run face first into a Kill Rush or a giant sword. Harder than it sounds. 2A+B Sweep low profiles under Akihiko's 5A and Kill Rush. Not sure about his 2A, but it'd be sweet if it did. If he Corkscrews you mid screen, WATCH HIM. He might be Kill Rushing straight into you again so either delay your tech or do normal stand. If you're gonna instatech just block until you can see what he's doing. If he throws out a random Awakening Super Storm and you feel like trolling, B+D it. You'll trip the lightning and remain invulnerable for the entire duration.

Fought a Teddie that kept drill rushing fishing for counter hits. I feel so dumb whenever it happens. If you block a drill rush, our jab seems fast enough to legitimately punish him for it, but it's tricky timing. Either way, if you block it, you immediately have him on the defensive. Moonsaulting over Teddie predictably is asking to get 2B'd, or worse; 2C'd. If he does the unblockable ball roll, just super jump and savor your 2B when he comes down. If you don't know where he is, you can B Dash Spring the way you're facing and you'll end up underneath him.

Kanji can't really do anything about Moonsault as long as you mix up your A and B versions. He pretty much has to take your mixup. Kunai if you get scared. His lightning doesn't track you, it hits three spots on the field. 2D is close, 5D is medium, j.D is full.

This is a very good bit of advice. Most Mitsuru's like to 5A on match 1. If you begin with sweep you can 236A, and Kunai for a good 1300-ish, 1600-ish and start the match with even life since we HAVE NONE. Moonsault seems to have some very minor invuln or leg invuln or something on startup.. Going to require some hella poking around in general, not just against Mitsuru. Just got back from a tournament and we had a Mitsuru, going to give what I found out first hand. If you don't mind giving up a little bit of life, Moonsault A over the Mitsuru on a Dash Spring blockstring and just give her the DP as conditioning. Next time you do it, do 214A instead and she'll DP when she sees Moonsault animation. Enjoy your Fatal Counter 2C combo. Stuff that beats a Mitsuru that uses The Big Square against your Dash Spring blockstrings: 214A Moonsault - You land comfortably and can do whatever you want to her. Watch Bufu. 214B Moonsault- Gets kinda scary, but she doesn't hit you. You can D Kunai, EX Kunai, or C Mirage Slash, all will counter hit. Anything else, she'll clip you. EX Dash Spring goes through Aegis Reflector ice and also reliably counters her 5D. If she comes in with j.B, you can reversal trip her pre-emptively and she'll land and trip on the tail end of its activity. You can pick her up with 2A for a combo. Can't we grab her out of her charge stab or something? I keep hearing about it, but always too scared to try.

Can I ask why you're upset about getting 7th out of 25, going 3-2? No probs, man. I have a lot of fun running these and just want to create a place to play and level up. That's incredible. =O

Sorry I couldn't go to Stars house. I was literally falling asleep at Ihop and knew I had to go home. Yosuke's Reversal cannot be One More Canceled or One More Burst'd, he can only combo off of it if the opponent triggers it and then falls into the active frames really late on the recovery. It's never something you're going to be going for with him. I don't even know what the damage is, because it -never- happens. I have Volpe. I am willing to discuss terms for his release.
