  1. I know, seriously. It's like "I HAVE TO PUT A DECIMAL." you can't have half a point, even to make a point! This transcends communities. Even Smash kids do it.
  2. For some reason, decimals in matchup theory really grind my gears.
  3. Yukiko is legit. Definitely don't sleep on her. All places where her persona is vulnerable, she cancel into a special or something to keep you from taking a card. Her unblockables are easy to accomplish, yeah, not even with fire break. Female little girl Eddie with fire.
  4. Ggs to Naimat, needed the Akihiko experience. Started getting it at the end! Props for playing Order Sol. He's a baller. Ggs to Doromac the meteor god. Didn't play Star, was too busy eating pizza to make a headache go away. =\ Didn't play Tad, either but watching his I Don't Play This Game tech was awesome. Ggs to Domino's having pizza clearance and getting into even the most secure facilities.
  5. Being at work and not able to participate in group discussions efficiently is balls. Yosuke -can- do more damage than people give him credit for, because it doesn't show up in the combo counter icon. Aigis he ain't, but workin' on it.
  6. Jackie and I must be the only ones with the position "I'm sorry, but I can't lose!" when we make someone rank down. I sent apology letters to each of the two people I bumped down and they were met colloquially.

  8. Yeah, KOF online is pretty bogus. You live in Cookeville, don't you? See if you can get G-Ram or Arson to practice with you. @Volpe, I see how that it might have been taken that way, but I've both played him and you guys know how I act. There's no way id mean it like that. =o @Jackie Full screen DP works. A couple characters can swag through entire-field hitting supers with their reversal. =D
  9. This is why i don't give you advice, often. I give you something to do that could help you and agree with why you feel the way you do, with the example that I've done it so anyone can do it, and you take it that I'm boasting.
  10. Well you do play Mitsuru. In my opinion she kinda just does things and stuffs everyone else. If you hit, hey great we do a combo, but if you miss, then, well, you're going to do whatever it is what you were going to do anyway. Cause you're Mitsuru. Aigis is the same way, I think those two characters look hella stale and it's because they don't have to change anything up, they're so good. And that's why Milln refuses to play those characters. I'll play KOF if I want to do things only slightly different and love it. KOF is a great game. But don't get discouraged! If you find your character getting stagnant, strike out on your own! Don't depend on the boards to tell you what's available, discover something on your time. I contribute to tge wiki and the boards. Most of my Yosuke stuff I created and thought up, and I found so much at once, I'm still working on mixing it all in with my regular play. Once I get that hammered out I will be the Yosuke God, and I'll keep thinking of even more jokes and setups. Take your Mitsuru to the next level using your own power! *shiiiiine!*
  11. Yo, F SHADOW LABRYS. Shadow Labrys is banned from everything. From tournaments, from having fun, from sitting in chairs, from potato chips, everything. Now you know why I switched to 360 for today. Ps3 seems hella laggy today. There's definitely vulnerability up until he starts actually RUNNING, looking at a replay I saved out of salt against that Liz I spoke of.
  12. I agree. Today was a good day for Millnsona. Got lots of battles going on, worked on some gimmicks. A couple worked, a couple didn't due to a singular reason. I fought Psyken's Mitsuru and he's good, though I feel confident against him were we to play offline. Played Kain, played Jackie and he complimented me, played DaxManInEffect(from street fighter crowd) and found a new Yosuke bro because GRIMSTAR IS PLAYING FUGGIN' DISGAEA LIKE A DIRTBAG, I created a new fatal counter combo and it is the most efficient midscreen one currently available for Brosuke, I realized I lack character matchup knowledge vs. Shadow Labrys, I am hella disappointed in EX Dash Spring not allowing me to beat an.... A...? Rank Elizabeth because the thing didn't phase through Maziodyne like it should've so i'm double checking that ish right now, caused the rank down of two players, prevented my own, and started at F- trash rank and ended up with 306 PSR and a comfortable B Rank. Now to watch those replays and beat the crap out of myself for being an idiot and letting my hands do the work instead of my brain. People fall victim to my fake crossups way more than I think they should... but then again maybe I actually came up with something great and useful for once instead of raw Kensou NeoMax vs. Jump ins.
  13. Maaaaaan I can play you any time. I want to gimmick up the rest of XBL.
  14. Jackie you fraud, that doesn't work on me. Hahahahahhahaa GG man. XD
  15. If you're talking about the Dash Spring post, i'm mainly extolling the virtues of doing this versus a -blocking- opponent, but admittedly wasn't very clear on this. I wanted other players to use their creative juices to come up with their own ideas on how to use it since I think that coming up with something on your own lets you understand a tactic or combo a better than simply being told what to do. On Block, OMC-ing Dash Spring to whatever you feel will work is more likely to open up your opponent than anything else at that point or even prior in your in block string. If you save the meter, then you might not get the chance to Garudyne at all. I'm also not saying use it every time. It's a trick and needs to be used cleverly. Although, even on hit I believe that Garudyne vs. an unpredictable OMC on an A Dash Spring (because B Dash Spring combos are worth more to me than a reset attempt) or other moves is definitely a toss up on which one I would rather use. Depends on how I feel about my opponent, life totals, meter left, bursts left, and so on. Someone pressing B+D is not a reason to forgo using a setup. If it were, we might as well just not hold our controllers or sticks in the first place because we're just going to get DP'd out. Heck, we even want them to use the reversal. That's the most favorable thing that a Yosuke can ask for. Bait it and enjoy a Fatal Counter combo.
  16. Oh my god if I didn't have to be somewhere in fourty minutes i'd be there. .... F IT. I'LL PLAY A COUPLE MATCHES THEN I GOTTA GO
  17. My eagerness to help made me pay attention to the wrong part of the combo. Thanks.
  18. It works on crouching opponents at all times and 2391/22% It works on counterhit crouching opponents at all times and does 2405/22%
  19. Dash Spring Double Post DASH SPRING. Is weird. There is a lot going on with this move and it's difficult to explain, so stay with me, here. We're going to explain everything with One More Cancels. This is the first hitbox. It does 500 damage and enough hitstun for the second hit to happen, but there's actually two more places that you can OMC in addition to that initial hit. If you OMC on the first point, you are on the ground and if you're holding a direction you can begin a run, using the handy OMC Cancel buffer mechanic. If you OMC on the second point, you are in the air and can do air actions like jump, but if you do nothing you fall straight down. It's not likely to get this spot unless it's an accident. If you OMC on the third point, you are in the air hopping toward them and can do air actions. Here, they actually recover before you land, but don't tell anybody. Hit number 2 is where the difference between A Run and B Run differ. This hitbox is just a checking device to make sure that there's still something there for this hitbox to connect with. A Run(And EX non counter) keeps them standing, and B ground bounces. If you One More at this point, you immediately drop to the floor, slide back a long distance that is not Run OMC-able(holding a direction will only walk) since he's technically in the air when you cancel and the opponent gets a large amount of both block and hitstun that you can combo off of. B Dash Spring holds Yosuke here for a pretty long time here, because of the hitstop is so forceful. These next two points are interesting. They determine the height of your backflip. If you OMC the first point, you'll get the highest air trajectory and you're able to combo into an air normal off of A Dash Spring. j.B or j.A for B Dash Spring. If you One More Cancel during the flip, your vertical height is compromised and, depending on when you did it, you won't have time to j.C, j.B, and can only j.A or 5A to combo. And that's Dash Spring. It has a lot of potential for letting you do WHATEVER THE F YOU WANT so I recommend Yosuke players look into it. The mixup/reset potential is astounding.
  20. Ultimate pointless scumbag setup to catch a back insta-tech only. For reference, Moonsault-Slash(236A~A), Moonsault-Slash(236A~A), Kunai(236D), Garudyne(236236C) does 3098 If you catch them with a Moonsault high enough to where you don't think another moonsault will connect, you can One More Cancel the Moonsault, air jump forward and air throw on your way down. If done right, you'll air throw for 1400(Moonsault) + 1300 damage + Poison(throw) = 2700 + approximately 4.8% of their health if poison runs its course. Takes some timing and isn't worth it, but man do I feel like a giant troll when I do it. Edit: Works anywhere you would put a Moonsault, like 236B Dash Spring combos. Holy crap it just got a lot less pointless and i'm using this and laughing every single time I do it. Disclaimer: Will only work maybe once a tournament.
  21. HOLY CRAP GUYS. MY STICK WORKS. I left it alone for a few days and I just now tried it. It works perfectly. No missed button presses on either console, stick lights up, the guide button lights up, everything. I'm so happy. Tad and I combined our magic finger powers to regenerate my stick back from the brink of Ship It Off To Repair. Now who's coming over for pizza and video games? Yeah, but it was more just between me, Papstr, Klein, and Kain. It started over Twitter.
  22. We already did that joke.
  23. Chandler factor works on all opponents.
  24. www.twitch.tv/leveluplive is up with some Persona action.
  25. @Urichinan: I approve of the chairshots used.
