Well, fact is that I already play a very Melee-heavy v-13. So the jump to Lambda was the easiest thing in the world. And also I don't really see how everyone complains about zoning. I've never had anyone complain to me when I play Venom. Hell, nobody even really complains when I D spam in BB. It's when I start breaking out my combos that they throw out 'easy-mode' for some reason, which honestly, I feel, invalidates their complaints. All the same, why complain about a character nerf instead of embracing it? Are the people who complain going to spend the rest of their lives playing CT just so they can relive the glory days when they were top tier? I can understand that from Rachel, who got hit a little hard with the nerf stick. But you can't even say that for Lambda. She's still very much the same. If you hit D, you're still gonna get swords. Her normals are relatively unchanged; her specials, IMO, are better. So you'll have to relearn a few combos, and hit them a few more times to win. What's the big deal? Like, when I played CS, I picked up Lambda with very little trouble, because she really is similar. If everything was as nerfed/changed as you believe it is, I think that I would have had a bit more trouble in relearning my combos and such, don't you?
