You probably cannot DL Robo-Ky because of his heavy weight. If you do not know this yet, Robo-Ky is the second heaviest character in the game. Instead of doing j.S -> j.D, you might want to do a j.P before the j.S so you, and Robo-Ky, can fly higher and you will be able to air dash easier to follow-up the first loop. -
