I just want to formally thank everyone for agreeing to host another charity ranbats/teambattle/superbattlefightthingymajigger for the LAHI Orphans. You guys really made a big difference in their lives last year, and I'm just so happy that their blessings are far from over. I had a talk with Sister Pauline (the head nun and mother figure of all the orphans) about the orphans after giving them last year's Charity Ranbat toys. Apparently, not all of the orphans know that they are orphans. Some think that the family pictures presented by other kids at school are nothing more than magazine cutouts. They then start cutting pictures of random men and women from various magazines, labeling them "mom" and "dad". Almost half of the orphans are now too old to be adopted (12), which means that they will remain orphans forever. Four of them have also suffered severe brain damage after being left in trashcans, shoeboxes, and on the open road by their real parents. I just want everyone to know that I really saw how much they loved the toys you guys gave them last year. They have never experienced the luxurious xmases we've had all our lives, with but pancit cantons and cornbeef as noche buena. Last year was their first REAL Christmas as kids... and it's all thanks to BBPH. Thanks guys! You guys definitely care more than a lot of people out there. More power to you guys! You're playing a great game while doing great things. I really wish I could play again Kei~

What I meant to say was: if ever he decides to counte, I always make it a point to watch out for it . LOL. I basically rush him down, trying not to give him an opening. quite hard, but I'd rather take him head on than play defensive. You getting close to him is different from him getting close to you. Its scarier that way XD:gonk:

Since noel has empty blockstrings when it comes to tager (who'll end up digging a hole with her), what's the best way to create strings to find an opening? I tried the overhead mixup thingy, but the guy end up doing that blasted command grab whenever I do... Its either he's good or the overhead is slow. >_<

Does anyone know the matchup stat between these 2? some of Noel's Invul Drive startups doesnt work due to his long animation slashes. If ever he comes for you, Each mistake would be crucial since the guy doesnt really hit for a FAIR amount of damage. LOL. I always try to rush him down. predicting the times he would use his counters or what not. There are times whenever we both jump on a close range where I tap the FD button (Sorry guilty gear terminologies LOL) and immediately follow it up with the grab button. if ever he counters, he gets grabbed... and if ever he slashes, its a quick block then grab. The guys beats a lot of my long range pokes as well as my would be startups. I end up pressuring myself when hit by his 3 hit combo XD:gonk:

Agreed. 3C may be a good combo starter but he spams that invul swipe that can hit you while dodging your 3C at the same time. I start my jump attacks with a j.c and continuing it with A afterwards (While on the air) once on the ground, I'll do a an ABC and jump back up again. its really hard to fight him on the ground >_<

IMO I wouldnt do drives on Tager unless its a part of the combo. Each blocked drive leaves you vulnerable to his invul crap or worse..... DRIVER!!!!

Yeah, the bastard is hard to fight... its like a free command grab for him... T_T my strategy would be to IAD C him and pressure the guy, not letting him break free. I always spam my projectiles when dealing with the guy. Be careful of his projectile... It's really painful >_< also avoid some none chaining strings since if ever he decides to mash that buster, you're as good as slammed XD
