Thanks guys! Is there a video of someone using 5B jB jC 8D? I was mainly thinking of problems I had with getting Tager with 2C every time. Though again it just might be my timing.

Wow Kyle, thanks much for the video! I'm glad to have all that in one place. It'll definitely help as I try to get stuff down. There's something I'd like to ask about of everyone, and that's clap trap resets. I don't think I've seen it discussed to any length. It seems like certain characters and certain loops would require different resets on throw break. What does everyone use? It'd be nice to have a standard reset mentioned in conjunction with the character specific loops, unless there's one that works all the time (ground dash -> 2C?) and I'm just messing it up.

Well, I mained A.B.A. when I played Guilty Gear. But I got into HDR and SFIV and mained Geif in both, so I thought I'd try Tager in BB. Which I did, and he's cool. But Carl was really intriguing to me, both in looks and play-style. When I saw what he could do (and how challenging it looked to pull it off) I decided to go full steam learning Carl. And am not regretting it. I don't know why A.B.A. mains would go Carl, as I don't see much similarity. But that's how it went for me, so who knows?

The problem with the combo you proposed would be that they can always tech out of that first air throw, freeing them of the combo, with nothing to keep them stuck afterward. Good thinking, though! I'm still having trouble getting down the basic combo as well.

Actually, no matter how long you're holding the 2 before the 2B, it still counts as an input for the 22B! Give it a try!

Well, if you're pressing down twice after the 2B, then you're pressing down one more time than necessary! Just saving you some wear and tear lol!

About the 2b, 3c, 22d IAD, 2c 214c, land 2c, 8d ... I'm still learning to do this, but I think I can offer some advice on the 22d... At first, I tried doing it straight after 3c, but half the time Nirvana would end up on the wrong side. I noticed in Japanese videos the summon would actually happen at the beginning of 2b, so what I figured they were doing was using the 2 in 2b as the second 2 in 22d. So when I do 2a, 2b, 3c ... I do 2a (return to neutral) 2b+d, 3c+d (hold d on the second one) etc. Done correctly, this will get Nirvana in the correct position every time. If it's not from 2a, then I suppose you could do 22b+d for the same effect. I can't quite do it consistently yet as it is pretty tough, but I think this is probably the most economical way to get it consistently that I can figure. EDIT: Actually I'd like to correct myself! This may be summoning too early! I'm not positive either way, as I'm still trying to get it down 100% (getting closer!). What you may want to do is 2a, 2b, (return to neutral) 2d, 2c+d (hold d) etc. If someone who can actually pull this off well wants to say which of these is better (if they are at all!) I'd greatly appreciate it!
