Haha I guess you are right, the main reason I've probably heard it's "balanced" is due to the arcana themselves causing such varied gameplay for each character; want your grappler to have projectiles pick Love, or want your rushdown queen to have a command throw go for Water, etc. etc. I'll merely have to wait and play the game myself once the console release comes around; seeing as an arcade with AH3 is nowhere near me as far as I know.

Is AH3 actually as balanced as I hear? I know with the ability to choose arcana always can drastically change a match, but overall just evaluating character match-ups.

I'm going to investigate this, I might just have to learn something and at least get myself above scrub. To support D4 you could submit it in the capcom suggestion box or at see if someone has and vote up the idea. Its supposed to be looked at by actual capcom execs at their monthly meetings. I still play my psx copy of darkstalkers 3 from time to time (never been serious) and the arcade legends, now legacy, I go to from time to time cycles it in play. I just wish it had been more popular and taken off as it's way more interesting than SF in my opinion. I would definitely support a new darkstalkers/vampire savior. My friends really only stick to SF or tekken so without netcode I'm lacking players to get me into it.

Looks interesting to at least mess around with if its free. If it is based off MUGEN that's a big negative, but I like how the sprites all look like they go together and aren't just a bunch of random shit thrown together. I found this and it's not that hard to look at trailers by just dicking around from there. But I assume these are the characters they have planned for right now. I know what you mean, I'll admit I get angry/pissed too, but I guess I just find it weird people can't let it go. I usually just let the anger out and then would respond, not take my loss out on them.

I wouldn't worry about them either especially since you aren't a true spammer who does one combo/one button over and over and over and over and over and over..grant it its very rewarding to completely stomp these people EDIT In general i feel like the base of people i've run into aren't very friendly. After a really close match that I enjoyed I generally send a simple good game and almost never get a response or its been angry/demeaning (on ps3 anyway).. this could also be people just don't feel like responding, but the latter is upsetting

I found her movements somewhat intriguing/hilarious. I just didn't think she was that terrible, but you could be very right.

I was messing around with other characters yesterday and I was curious why Zafina is considered complete crap tier? I know its extremely early to even think about tiers, but I always like to look at them when they're available to see people's opinions. But I was wondering what this was based on for her. EDIT I don't see how the patch can make it worse...hopefully anyway haha

Do you know for sure they're not EVER going to address the issue? I mean the games been out what a week? And I can't comment on the HDTV lag, but i highly doubt its that intense/unadjustable. With my plain old tv it works just fine with no lag and I'm not button mashing... just saying... I'm sorry, but i'm not big on the idea of the internet being a competitive situation. I'd think more toward arcade/tournaments for a competitive appeal not online which is always subject to lag no matter how beautiful your connection is. Grant it it is competition, its not the end all be all for competitive players. And personally I've ran into several people who have pulled off long ass real combos/juggles just fine on the ranked and player matches. I've found great competition actually, with the occasional button masher who was pretty easy to stomp out unless severe lag hit which is always the case when you hit lag, it just becomes hard to respond. But for the most part in a good connection for me if it had lag it was you staring at the sweet combo and your braining lagging in reaction. But its your opinion that's just my two cents

Any Alisa players? I'm enjoying the chainsaw arms, head removal, craziness personally haha. But i picked up the game a few days ago and really like it. Just starting to actually sit down and learn more than the simple combos/mixups necessary to plug through scenario and such. Though I agree I think they chose the tinniest writing in the world..I have to strain my eyes to read it. And the loading between fights did seem long at first, but I've noticed lately my ps3 has seemed to load it faster...illusion maybe but it doesn't seem as bad. Was anyone else slightly bothered by the japanese voices talking to english and vise versa? Maybe its just me but it just seemed strange here.. But overall i'm really happen with tekken 6 right now haven't touched much else.

This is some serious necroing I guess haha but, Team for the sake of the fact that I enjoy these games Ran Yurika Natsu But I was curious if anyone ever saw this series being revived by capcom? They could probably run in on a similar engine to the Tatsunoko vs capcom one on wii(not my first choice but hey). I mainly thought about this because of batsu being in tatsunoko vs capcom(much like my never ending hope that legends 3 is released which has also been revived by megaman trigger being in tat vs cap, but that's another thing..) EDIT* Also since so far this is the year of fighters this also had me thinking about it... you never know:)

I know that currently Frank West and Tekkaman Blade have been confirmed as of TGS09. But I was curious about Zero and Yatterman 2. I thought those 4 were rumored to have been leaked. And since the first two were confirmed, i didn't know if anyone had anything on the other two?

Yea i've watched more videos since then and Yui does seem like a strong character. As does Azuma(spelling is very likely off the guy with the giant arm and knight assist) I've seen some really good players with him. Does know where I could see some Dawn players? I have only found one and its him getting raped by the bow guy.

I just didn't know if changing the keyboard defaults affected it. But i have done it several times..maybe my timing sucks really? ha

Same question as Blaze; I changed the defaults when I first booted the game. And i tried what you said, still didn't work.. Also Does it not work in the english converted version?

Thanks for the info i've played around with lilith (thought i'd change it up from the usual blonde rush character) though I can't seem to find my pc controller and inputs are VERY difficult at least consistently for me anyway on a keyboard, but its a lot of fun actually:yaaay: This is my first time with a doujin game i usually just skip them, but this one had a nice polish i thought. And how do you get into practice mode exactly? I tried the p and e thing and it didn't work..

You can definitely tell the people who made AH made this game.. Even without the giant clown fairy a la Kira And the lady with the cross partner and the sword gun thing (i can't read her name) looks to be a horrible character(i was interested in her design)... or do those people just keep getting raped?
