It's very optional. Like, it depends on how conditioned you have your opponent. They could just mash out of it, just like a lot of Platinum's gimmicks. You just need to save tricks like that for when they least expect it. I usually do Air Persia after Mystic Momo Missiles to cross them up and try for MvC-esque mix-up after.

So much truth. I feel as though Plat's 6A is ridiculously slow for an AA. I have to throw it out preemptively if I really want to catch someone, and even then I have to really feel out if they're gonna commit to attacking, otherwise I'm going to eat some serious damage if it whiffs.

fuck trying to AA Hakumen with Ragna 6A. After I got Hotaru'd out of it once, I learned. I fucking learned. I AA Hakumen with C ID now.

I hate this shit so much, on some days, I react to that shit with ID or 2C when they do it that close to me...But most of the time it's just "Ah,shit why'd I let you do that?"

Ever since Moy said that 214A catches both back rolls and jump-outs in the corner, I've had an easier time keeping people where I want them. Plat's corner game is so goddamn scary, It makes me smile when I'm the one doing the corner pressure and my opponent is sitting there like "OMGWTFWHYAMIGETTINGMYSHITPUSHEDINSOBADBYTHISLOLI". Oh yeah, I also love Dash 2A > cross-under > TK Swallow Moon shenanigans too.

Severin taught me that barrier breaking and blocking are your best friends against zoners, and being patient really does pay off in the end, Your opponent is also human. The fact that you're blocking all of their attacks makes them frustrated and take more risks at trying to open you up.

It's funny, I know a bunch of combos with Plat, but most of the time in actual matches I go for resets and mix-up mostly.
