@ Caer: Method 1: Raw damage multiplier Used since at least GGXX in calculating character damage ratings by the GG community. Easy way to find: Perform a 1-hit Air Dandy Super on your character, divide by 100. Eg. Dizzy in Slash takes 115 damage from it, so she is 1.15. Method 2: Modified damage multiplier Used by ArcSys in Slash, it is believed to take damage scaling and guts ratings into account (I think). So the numbers are skewed farther from 1.00 than with Method 1. How to find: See official Slash mook. Other than that, no idea Eg. It says Dizzy is 1.31, so she is 1.31!

New vids from a-cho, looks like Woshige decide to make a trip over there and win himself some matches. Not much new to note though, just some very good positioning skills and solid gameplay. Some noteworthy bits: - Example of the new 2F link from connected 6K to 5Sf to (corner) launch. - Cool use of air FB disc during ATG blockstrings to add time for one additional mixup - Fairly intuitive knockdowns, featuring j.D/BM and S Pin/6H enders.

Sorry for the delay, it's taking longer than expected. I've been working on it for a couple hours over the last day or two, and have gotten through ~60% of my AC vids. Currently at 1.7 GB of AC Millia, but that's probably a bit bloated due to some of the 3 vs 3 team matchups. So yeah, ending filesize should be around 2.5 GB. To cut it down a bit, I can further crop the 3 vs 3s and remove some of the less than awesome vids (ie. ghakojoybox, kaqn messing around, America vids). Though I don't prefer chopping up team matches as it detracts from the team aspect of the vids and would also cause further delays due to splicing time. Anyway, LMK, thanks

Not true; hit stop has nothing to do with hit stun (which is what you're thinking of). Hit stop refers to the game's pause/slowdown effect when hits connect with an opponent. During DA there is no hit stop, which is why the game blazes through all 28 hits without pausing. As opposed to say, Sol's 6H which has a very noticeable pause between hits.

Hold L1 on the character select screen to activate SP, while online. If you haven't unlocked SP offline, you won't be able to use them offline till you do, but they should be available online regardless. Hey Arc, welcome back to Dustloop :tpg:

I was actually thinking of releasing an AC Millia pack, as I have pretty much all of her posted vids. Will work on that as I finish up with finals, so either Wednesday or Thursday.

Respect is a friendlier version of Taunt, meant to show respect to the opponent. Gameplay-wise, it can be cancelled into moves far earlier than a taunt, and it doesn't give your opponent free tension like a taunt either. WT = Wild Throw, aka. Sol's command grab (623K).

kooogy! GG's + thanks for the consolation Chipp match. Great Zappa/Slayer/etc etc. I was channeling Sprit Joose with the white Sol but it didn't seem to do much good. ;( Also after further testing: It seems there's major lag directly after Sol connects Wild Throw, makes for hard followups. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, there seems to be problems with disconnections at the moment.. says the IRC chatter, anyway. The same thing happened last night, but it cleared up relatively quickly (at least for me).

Ah yeah I could use the list on the first page, though a lot people aren't on there... though that list is more for my personal conveniece anyway. Make sure your Player 2 controls are identical to your Player 1 controls via the config.exe. I had this exact problem as well on my first game.

Oh, I see. Hm, in that case.. only 5P (to j.K-D ADC) or 5S (to 2H, j.D ADC) would work well practically, 2H is a bit slow for that at most ranges. Probably best to stick to 5P only, since the 2H in the r.5S-2H sometimes whiffs as well on burst punishes. In #R you could just do r.2P-5P-5P for mindless burst baits during either of the punches, due to faster 5P and slower blue burst. More thinking required now!
