From what I've read so far they have finished deaf girl's, emi, rin's and lilly's routes and are still tweaking hanako's route due to the influx of "give me the chocolate hisao" jokes. Once the tweaking is done the CG's must be finished an editing can start. After that beta testing. From that I'm guessing at least a year.
