Okay fine, I may have been a little hasty in my judgement (HAH PUN ), but I still find the gameplay to be a little too shallow and repetitive for my taste. They just tried to make the game too accessible to everyone by adhering to traditional fighting game conventions but stripping out a ton of the technical aspects. And what the hell is with Maria's character design. Ah well, at least the music is good. Also if i'm not mistaken, blocking > everything?

Game isn't particularly deep, but it's still fun. And calling it a fighter is a stretch. It'd be like calling those Gundam arcade games fighters. And if you wanna play a real fanwank mashfest go play CV:J. That game is terrible.

Does the FRC combo still work on everyone? I haven't tried practicing on all characters but it seems like some can tech...or it could just be the timing is much tighter.

I wouldn't say she's a lot harder to play, but doing FB dolphins instantly is somewhat trickier....but still easier than doing her dolphin FRC now. Dolphin loop makes OHK combos braindead easy.

Yeah...only took me about...8 games before I got the hint and started blocking high.

I need advice against Millia, as you can clearly see from me blowing leads and eating combo to death. Maybe I need to turtle more...
