    Oops!, never mind Raines WAS still alive, until they capped him in the head.....what a shame. (Currently on Eden.)

    I'd say the average train a lot, gradually build your way up the difficulty ladder (Beginner-Hell.) Lets see.....no rage quitting, no button mashing, no spaming (Ice Car.) & also to have a calm, cool head, even in the most high pressuring, nerve racking battles.: also nipples of steel!! Also a tip, don't ever, ever play a serious match (Especially when you bet your LE copy of BB.) when ever you feel tired!, get rest, rest good for you! (Seriously.) Its best to have a good, well rested mind for upcoming challenges ahead. Also eat, shower, not going to the bathroom in your pants & brush your teeth, trust me, I've done all these things, they aren't fun!

    Well I'm not very competitive, BUT I DO think it is important to be proficient with at least two characters, for me it's four. I mean I don't think it's good to put all your iguanas in the same sack, right? I don't know, I think it makes you an overall better player if you at least try to, even better if you do. I mean maybe by exploring other character, you might find someone who fits your fancy more than Noel. (Not implying anything.) Like me, back when I was a total shot in the dark noob I picked Hakumen (OHHHHH, WHAT A SUPRISE!!!!!) & was very good with him, but some of my friends brought up the subject that he's a boss character, blah, blah, cheap ass, blah, blah. So I picked up Nu, once again boss character, cheap ass, etc. so I picked up Ragna, I loved him & finally my main Jin (YAAY ICE CAR!!) came about, so four character I now excel in (Nu not as much.), see? Probably not, I never make fucking sense when I post, or think, or write.....

    Pretty much what this guy said, most people (Unless the character is revamped up the ass.) will probably stick with their fav & sub, guess the tier list is worth knowing though, especially if your new & haven't decided who to main yet. It is also nice though to have an inkling of what your up against, I guess.....

    I know!!, Raines was totally bad ass!! The only thing for me is that it was kind of a shame he died so early. (Well in my eyes at least.) I mean it would've been pretty cool if they had some kind of FFVII-ish cut scene where Raines & Light (Or Fang) fought for like a minute of epic one on one shit. I mean when he blocked all of Light's attacks & then ripped her own gunblade of her with no sweat...that's truly bad ass.

    Your that far already!!, damn you must be pretty damn hardcore!! I still have a long way to go compared to you, I'm currently in MAH'HABARA on Gran Pulse, just got finished with stage 8 for all my characters & finally got at least Light, Fang & Hope's weapons to the * level of their second tier weapons, currently using the Durandal, Glaive & Eagletalon. I'm just glad the difficulty went down a bit, the enemies that I fought so far on Gran Pulse (Including Behemoth King.) are a lot less annoying than those on the Fifth Ark, Raines was probably the hardest boss I ever fought so far.....

    Eh, I change my main & sub all the time, I can't really stick to a set 2 characters. Though Ragna & Hakumen are definitely my favs, no doubt about it!!!!!
