I second this. I've been playing online a lot on PC, and am also hoping to get some of the old #reload guides.

I've played a couple of rounds online against v-13 players. It's an intimidating fight for sure, but it really just requires some patience. Once you find that opening, go in high with an air dash and D attack, from there you can start pressure comboing them and make sure you don't let them escape. More often than not I've forced v-13 players to have to burst with quite a bit of health left.
