@Tari you leaving us? Damn Well, have a safe flight and hope to see you again, man

Maybe a random 2v2 or 3v3, where players with rankings higher and lower than 1500 are evenly distributed. Or your suggestion of a FT5, except anyone (not just the winner) can play against the high ranks on stream. I want everyone to get a chance for improvement if they want it

I asked the folks down in SFSU if they're going to set up a BBCP cab in their arcade when it comes out, and they said if there's gonna be a for-sure consistent flow of people playing it. Just wanna make a head count, how many of you guys are willing to come to SFSU and play? I know my no-life ass is going almost everyday if this happens

I'd say work on your oki game, maybe experiment with the laser and command throw mixups. Other than that, really liking your neutral game. Keep it up!

Mitsuru definitely has the clear advantage against Shadow Labrys in terms of ground-to-ground and air-to-air. In other situations....not so much. Mitsuru's charge moves will get snuffed by j.B. And it's hard to anti-air her moves on reaction, so get used to cancelling her 2B into a 5B or 214A if it gets blocked. Also, you're gonna find yourself playing very defensively in this match, as Mitsuru has a lot of moves that can break your persona and get in on you for free. Just play very patiently, hold that 5D until the right opportunity, and play a careful oki game (as Getsu-ei has amazing hitbox). On an interesting note, I found myself hitting Mitsuru in the air with a late 2B sometimes, simply because her jump normals hit my persona on her way down, which pauses her in the air for a few frames.

Tried my hands on this game. Loving this character so far, so I'm probably gonna stick to her as my main (with Mitsuru as my sub :3) Few things I found that were interesting: -Asterios's 5C has armor against close-quarter attacks , from start to finish (well, except for the first 4 or 5 frames, maybe). Even her recovery has armor. Those who aren't used to this will try to break S. Labrys's persona before it could land a hit, but ended up eating a fat punch. I found this to be quite humorous, but this makes her oki game that much scarier. I think Asterios also has some armor during his 236C attack, but I'm not exactly sure about its properties. -Her left-and-right mixup game is almost nonexistent after her 5AAA>214A combo. But her aerial combo into a j.214A brings her close enough to the opponent to grant her the option of a crossup. (EDIT: I was wrong. Her 236 C oki should be slow enough for you to run up to the opponent and roll to the other side for a crossup.) -Her 236236C super is burst-safe. Not very useful info, but I thought this was pretty funny.

Shoutouts to Gamecenter and everyone involved who ran the P4A tournament and provided the setups and stream equipments, and shoutouts to everyone who participated. The event was extremely fun, and I hadn't had that much hype since finding out the $1.29 Tuesday deal at Popeyes. I highly encourage everyone to try out this game. If not for competition, at least play it casually.

The last NCD was questionable, from looking at the stream. So was it a different take of the Round Robin, where the loser stays on instead of the winner? And I do hope that it won't be a permanent rule for the tournament.
