Sounds like a personal Problem with Your Damage out put.. Dp Does Stop Us.. But U know 4winds destroy us.. I don't even care about the DP.. Plus our cannon we shoot at you isn't a good trade for your 6B.. Plus once you Block our Wind Mix-Up How do we win? lol... Plus You have that Rachel Only Combo that beats out Our Damage Output

IMO Playing Against V-13 Is Fun.... Mainly I think this is... Playing against A Character Hard to win against Makes One Think alot... I always Believe PLaying Your worst Matchups are the Best Training in a Fighting Game... That is All

Against Litchi's DP... Probably the Best thing to Do is IB -> Dash in... But If you know DP is Coming a 2C is the best answer... Since It will Be a CH Rachel Can Do a 2C Wind Combo..
