A strategy to beat Arakune with... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGVonTNqeyM Whenever Arakune does his dash if you are going to be near him input 2C and then use v-13 juggle combo. Also most Arakune's like to fly around or use j.attacks so exploit this with v-13's counter 2C attack.
