  1. I should make it clear that I like the Ib change, but some moves would have to undergo some static difference changes as to not make some moves too safe.

  3. This changes everything. It does improve Arakune's ability to pressure however, and I can't complain about that. But for characters with tricky/unsafe moves into whatever, it sort of builds more commitment to using HF (just an example) in a block string and not having to worry about them Ibing it. But I guess that just comes back to spacing and all that good shit.

  5. I don't know about making corner unblockables viable, since the bell is summon further away now, theoretically, we would have to be further away from the corner to summon it right under them, which could give them time to escape.
  6. Unblockable set ups are extremely situational and a little character specific precurse. It's corner only and involves the bell bug being placed directly above someone on OTG, when they get up, you pretty much start spamming low attacks (2b > delay 2a > delay 2a > delay 2a > 2c), there isn't much reward aside from the the 30% you get from the bell bug hitting, best case scenario, they block the bell and get fuzzied by the 2a and you hit confirm into > 5b > 5d, but that's if they're not barrier blocking, you're better off going for curse meter by doing 2d when you're pushed back far enough. In curse, it's don't the exact same way, but it's kinda hard to hit confirm. Just make sure you hold d when doing the bell bug, so you can properly time the d bug coming down when they get hit by whatever.

Back on topic, Arakune is looking real strong now, and I can see the kind of balance he has now. Make it harder for him to curse, requiring risky aggressiveness, and make curse damage less rewarding and harder to achieve, but upon success, gives space for nice zoning and even recurse, it generates a risk/reward system, should he keep comboing with the heat penalty, or does he try his hand at resets with his slow and prorated overheads? I honestly hope that recurse stays, but I wouldn't bitch if it was taken away in the final changes.

  9. Very interesting. So they aren't trying to balance by accident. I can see the reasoning behind some designs, if they excel here; make this other trait less rewarding. Unorthodox, but interesting. Thanks. Also, nice tweaks to Arakune's gatlings, and 5d air unblockable is kinda meh. Sweet Tager changes, make sledge useful.
  10. No, that's right. Considering the buffs done to 6a sounds pretty fair. It's a fast, practically free anti air, plus he has 5b for anti jump outs now.

  19. Air dashers are commonly fast. It's not a trait exclusive to BB and GG.
  20. They're the exact same speed, 4d is safer and has more active frames. 3c creates knockdown and breaks primer, but isn't as safe.
  21. I'd still love to see the implementation behind using it in a combo. Is the start up faster? Does it activate on downed opponents? Does 5d just have more untech time?
