  1. Hmmm, on what you said about using counters less... I tend to use them a lot because even though I know I might guess wrong half the time, I feel like the risk / reward is heavily in my favor. Take Ragna for example. If I get a counter on him, I get to take like 50% of his HP off. But if I whiff the counter, he'll probably only take 20-30% of mine. It seems like a good trade. The only problem is when I whiff like 10 in a row, but that usually means the other player has adapted to the way I'm trying to counter, so I just need to change when I counter. Plus there are certain blockstrings or situations where a counter is the ONLY way out. However, I was thinking maybe IB > punish could work just as well... do you know any moves Hakumen has that could be fast enough to punish after an IB? The thing is IBing is just as risky as countering since I'm likely to mess it up and eat the combo anyway. :P At least until I get used to it.
