Super late response but GGs. That four bar was definitely a lie though. I cant believe i landed all my mugen combos but dropped every 3CC RC combo last night. I need to start playing more because my execution is terribad right now.

Is it bad that every time I meet someone I psn I tell myself 'they aren't so and so from xbl' for example I just played against a noel whoiafter the first round iI said 'this isn't Luna...I got this'

I finally found a copy of Extend for the PS3, I wanna play with you guys sometime when I finally work out all the kinks with this news stick and the 6 - 8 months worth of rust lol

GGs to everyone I've been bumping into through out the day. Finally found extend for the ps3 and Its so nice to play BB again after months of no net...now I just need to work off all this rust and get more comfy with this new stick.

I'll probably have some free time through out the day, I actually have the weekend off for once but i do have to do some major cleaningr around the house.

I played about 30 matches on wednesday, only found one person that I had a stable, comfortable connection with. Im willing to try playing with anyone to see if we have a stable connection until netplay hopefully gets fixed up. So this is probably pretty useless since we are more or less striving for yellow/red axe but i've been messing around with green and found a midscreen combo. 5aaa > 236b > 6ab > j.a > j.c > j214b (1937) (3712 with yellow 236236D ender) Its a 600ish dmg difference from auto combo or a quick sweep string, like i said i feel like it'll be useless but maybe someone will see some good in it? Was testing while posting this and it doesnt seem to work with j.b starter, drops at j.c

Anyone up for some BB in a few minutes? I havent been able to play for the past couple weeks and I wanna get in a few games while i have the chance. We can do ft10 or i can just set up an open room?

GGs to Skeetz, Nightmaresc3, and Suna @Skeetz, why no Ara tonight I know the one time you did use him i got blown the fuck up lol. I was hoping to work on how to play against your Ara tonight.

I made the switch only a few months (4 - 5) after i started playing fighters. Hardest part imo was getting used to not having shortcuts for grabs, barrier, rapids, and bursts (although bursts are pretty easy). I think the fact that my play level was so low when i switched made it alot easier to get accustomed to to the stick and after a month or 2 I felt comfortable with it. Another 4 - 6 months later and i couldnt do half of my combos on a pad anymore lol.

3C is amazing for midscreen oki, it catches forward and back rolls and if they neutral tech it does cross up. Some times people just let you tack on 3C instead of teching which leads to emergency tech and pressure restart. 3C starter does i wanna say 3.3k with no charges (could be a bit off doing this off the top of my head) and 3CC starter gives you 4k again with no charges. Like i said earlier, this is good damage in tsubaki terms lol. Whats really fun with 3C oki is when people figure it out you dont go for the crossup 3CC and just go for a uick 5/2A or throw them. Airk I wouldnt suggest throwing 3C at neutral unless who ever your playing is trained to think your playing the 5B neutral game lol. Lately I've been fishing for 3C fatals, sometimes it pays off, most of the time it ends up leading to me eating a free combo.

Tsubaki's 2C is soooo good, i end up autopiloting it alot though and end up getting blown up for it lol. I really wanted to get an AA 2C > Mugen combo off tonight but my Mugen input is so damn sloppy i kept getting 214D instead, I did manage to get a 6A > 5CC > Mugen combo though so i guess thats better than nothing lol. @Mac 3CC can cross up if you delay it a lil bit, fun shenanigans but you gotta blow 50 heat to follow it up at all, atleast the damage is good (in Tsubaki terms) so it isnt a complete waste.

Blue beat 3CC? 90% of the time i use it as a starter for oki, i got a couple of blue beat IAD combos on you but i blame that on me waiting to long to hit j.C. Unless of couse you mean blue beat 3CC after the 22C knockdown? If thats the case sometimes thats your best bet in all honesty, it doesnt do shit for damage and you dont have to block the crossup that does 4k lol. GGs, glad im finally getting to play with MI again even if its just netplay

GGs to NemesisEnforcer, I was really hoping to take that last round but it just wasnt in the cards. There were a couple of rounds i really felt i should of had but i just couldnt finish it off. Either way I think I learned a good deal about the Tsubaki v. Jin matchup so thanks for all the games, next time wont be 3/5 and i will win lol.

So im pretty sure i saw this question posted before but after looking through the entire thread i couldnt find it. What are some ways to improve on your ground game, I've noticed it while playing that i just feel much more comfortable when in the air. Alot of the time i approach with IAD (except against valk because his w.5B eats my air options for breakfast) and while this may work a few times better players pick up on it really quickly. I've been trying to force myself to stay on the ground more and i read something about trying to do matches w/o jumping but for some reason i just cant seem to get comfortable with staying out of the air. I main Tsubaki if that has any bearing on the answer at all but i find i have the same problem no matter who i decide to play.
